• We do not allow members to create more than one (1) account.
• All advertisements and offers on Paid2Seek must comply with existing federal, state, and local guidelines and be open to any member.
• Clicking on Job Links is to be done only by those actively looking for work.

False Representation
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to obtain Paid2Seek membership or to obtain credits or referrals from promoting Paid2Seek.

Cheating/Auto-Bot Surfing
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or attempting to cheat the system, we will immediately freeze all earnings in said member's account and contact your local law enforcement agency for prosecution under illegal interstate commerce statutes valid in all fifty (50) states, and international law enforcement.

Cheating includes any of the following actions by a member:

• Interfering with the Paid2Seek operating system/website in any way.
• Creating a program to automate the process of clicking ads.
• Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

SPAM
We do not tolerate SPAM. Your personal registration information will not be shared with third parties. You will receive periodic emails with information about updates and issues associated with the Paid2Seek service.

Anyone spamming to obtain referrals will have their account terminated and all earnings forfeited.

Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, it will be deleted and any earnings in your account will be forfeited.

Advertising Terms

• The website link must not direct members to any pornographic, hate, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or illicit information of any kind.
• The website link must not lead to any frame breakers.
• The website link and referral site must be primarily in English.
• The website link must be directed primarily at US consumers.
• The website link must not lead to or promote any viruses.
• The website link must not lead to prompts, download dialogs, or alerts.
• The website link must not lead to more than one (1) popup/popunder.
• The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
• The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
   

Modification of Member Terms & Conditions
Our membership terms & conditions are subject to change . We have the right to change our terms & conditions without prior notice.

We reserve the right to terminate all or part of the Paid2Seek service and to terminate user memberships without prior notice.
